What numbers do Russian operators use?

Then the problems of technical and financial interaction between operators will fade into the background. As a result, the investment attractiveness of the industry will increase,” says Alimbekov.
In the disputes surrounding the problem of connecting networks, telecom operators have recently broken many spears. However, government regulators are extremely reluctant to address this problem. One of the operators, who asked not to disclose his name, said the following in an interview with Ko: “The Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy, which should resolve this issue, is today keen on regulating tariffs.
