1 . First, we need to download the utility responsible for downloading and updating the server part CS:GO. We take it from here for Windows and from here for Linux OS. In our case it is Windows 2008 server R2 x64.

2 . Download and unpack to any folder; for convenience, download to the root folder of the disk. We have a folder E:\steamcmd\.

3 . In the same folder, where we have only one file so far steamcmd.exe, create text file with a notepad, say csgo_ds.txt the following content:
