Convert txt to html

Download a document in the wrong format to your computer. Open it with Notepad. Typically for documents of the format txt text editor Notepad is the default program, that is, when you double-click on a file, it will open in Notepad.   • Encoding: instead of ANSI, specify UTF-8.
